Providence Wealth Planning announced on Monday, December 1, 2025 that Richard Higbee is leaving LPL Financial and Trilogy Financial to join their wealth management firm alongside Osaic Wealth, Inc. Having spent the past 19 years at Trilogy Financial, Higbee originally started his career at UBS back in 2005. Higbee will be moving his offices right across the parking lot to Providence Wealth Planning’s Corona, California headquarters. His arrival at Providence is an opportunity to reconnect with companions Mark and Ian Massey, a father-son team who left Trilogy Financial back in 2016 to start Providence Wealth Planning. Mark Massey, a longtime Dave Ramsey SmartVestor Pro, was a managing partner at Trilogy Financial before leaving in January 2016.
